After onboarding, the workflow of a “Guardian” client goes like this:

1. The client has a recorded call with WriteYou

2. WriteYou shares growth tactics and strategy in addition to sourcing content in this call

3. WriteYou writes bespoke content in an editorial calendar based on the discussed material and other available information, including:

   • Client Website

   • Client ideas shared through Slack (text or audio)

   • Client’s past LinkedIn posts

4. The client approves the content in the calendar (optional)

5. WriteYou schedules the posts to be published through a third-party scheduling tool

6. WriteYou collects inbound comments and curates outbound commenting opportunities for the client to respond to, writes draft comments, and shares them within the editorial calendar

7. The client engages with curated material

8. WriteYou prepares metrics reporting and projections

9. WriteYou adds all posts and comments into the client’s personal GPT instance, training a model for the client’s future use

10. WriteYou manages strategic DM drip campaigns designed in conjunction with the client
